We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cheques and PayPal. We also offer credit facilities for approved accounts. Please call to discuss our see our Public Sector Accounts for more information on this.
There is no minimum order value. Whether you’re after just one box or 70, we’re always happy to supply you with the solution you need. Gridwork, lighting and most partitioning products are sold individually – so you can purchase as much or as little as you need!
We want your suspended ceiling order to be perfect. If you’d like to modify or cancel your order, please contact our team as soon as possible via phone or email.
Delivery timescales are clearly outlined on our product pages, however, these should be used as a guide as they are subject to local stock and delivery location.
Collections can be made from our warehouse in Longhope, Gloucestershire. Please contact our team first to ensure we have your tiles in stock – we’d hate for you to make a wasted journey!
Nationally, we can arrange next (or even same day) delivery if you’re in a hurry. Please call us to discuss.
You can view the current status of your order by logging into your account. We will also keep you updated by email with details of anticipated delivery date.
For most small quantity orders (1-3 boxes), we’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.
For other orders (usually large quantity), tracking may not be available. For these orders, we’ll email you directly to confirm your delivery date once the order has been shipped.
Please check your parcels carefully upon receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and you suspect the contents may be damaged, mark the delivery note ‘Damaged’ and reject the goods. We understand that sometimes you may not find damage until you open the goods, especially if the outer packaging appears to be in good order. In either case, please notify us immediately, and we can discuss the best method to resolve the issue.
Yes, so long as the goods are unopened and in resealable condition. Please note: restock and collection charges may apply, for more information see our returns policy.
Once the goods have been received back to ourselves and checked by our depot, we will refund you via your original payment method.
We have long established relationships with our manufacturers and suppliers. Our large buying power entitles us to get substantial discounts, which we can then pass on to our customers direct.
Delivery will be attempted between 7:00-22:00. If delivery hasn’t been attempted please get in touch so that our ceiling experts can investigate.
We aim to meet all of our delivery times, but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances outside of our control such as strikes, natural disasters or extreme weather may affect our delivery services for a limited time. This may result in changes to our cut-off times and/or delivery dates. We will always work hard to keep disruptions to a minimum and update you on any changes.
Restricted access means our delivery drivers may face difficulties delivering your order. If your site falls within one or more of the following, please advise us immediately and we will look into making a more suitable arrangement:
Your order may arrive as more than one delivery, depending on stock availability, product lead times, site access and other varying factors. To minimise disruption, we will always try to coordinate deliveries so they arrive on the same day. When this cannot be achieved, we will let you know in advance.
