Coronavirus (Covid-19) Statement

As a family-run business our first and foremost responsibility has always been to protect the wellbeing our staff and their families, now more than ever before this is our key priority. As an online-only E-commerce business, we have been fortunate in being able to quickly adapt our working practices in line with government guidelines. Our office staff are all working from home and will continue to do so until guidance changes to advise it is safe for them to return to work.

We are still processing and delivering orders currently, prioritising orders for healthcare providers and other organisations providing essential services. Already we have had the privilege of supplying a number of NHS hospitals, as well as manufacturing firms producing emergency respirators. We applaud these organisations for their tireless efforts in the battle against Covid-19 and will continue to assist in any way that we can.

We are working closely with the network of couriers and hauliers that distribute our goods to ensure continued service, and safe practice following government guidance. While procedures vary between depots, additional hygiene measures implemented include the provision of masks, antibacterial hand gel and disposable gloves to drivers. The Pallet Network are offering contact-free delivery if requested by either the driver or the consignee. Please advise us of any special requirements for receiving deliveries as we will be happy to accommodate these in the interest of everyone’s safety.

Our sales team are on hand to provide any quotes for urgent jobs, as due to the sheer volume of orders we are facilitating, some are taking a day or two on top of website lead in times. Please email us at and our team will be happy to help.
